A hand-poured watercolor palette, developed in-studio.

Includes: Amanita, Russula, Fable, Earthstar, Hydrangea, Lepiota

Formulated with attention to tone, pigment behavior, and layering. Capable of both soft, pastel washes and deeper, more resonant passages of color.

Materials and Making

Artist-grade mineral pigments combined with a traditional watercolor binder of distilled water, honey, glycerin, and acacia sap. Hand-poured in small batches to allow the pigments to settle naturally.

Lightfast, with subtle granulation and responsive layering.

Limited availability. Each palette is made slowly, in alignment with studio rhythm and material behavior.

Context

Every Wildthorne palette supports the placement of solitary bee nests in protected habitats across the Pacific Northwest, contributing to ongoing pollinator stewardship.

Made to be handled, observed, and returned to over time.
