1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Wildthorne, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to payment authorization through Shopify Payments.
  • We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods specified at checkout.
  • By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
  • Delivery times are estimated; delays may occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only if items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos, order number).
  • Items must be returned in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise approved.

5. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Payments

  • We process all payments through secure, verified methods and provide proof of order confirmation, shipping, and delivery.
  • Any chargeback initiated without contacting us first is considered unauthorized.
  • Customers agree that submitting a chargeback without following our return or resolution process may result in denial of the chargeback and additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Wildthorne is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the purchase.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.



Return Policies


Please note that as all Wildthorne watercolors are handcrafted, they are final sale and we do not accept returns, this also applies to all limited edition items for the home and jewels, so please be sure of the item you are looking at before you purchase! If you are hesitant and have any questions, please contact us. We’ll get back to you right away and assist you kindly. 






Refunds
 
Please choose carefully before placing your order. Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not offer any refunds for orders once they are placed. If for any reason you request a cancellation of your order after it has already been placed a 20% restocking fee will apply, and will not be refunded.
