Please note that due to current events in California all mail and delivery may be slightly delayed. At this time we are working diligently and all watercolor orders are still being poured and fulfilled. We are complying with California state guidelines for the health and safety of our family and valued customers, and at this time we are shipping once weekly.
For international customers we ask for your kind patience as due to current world events and flight restrictions there are both less postal workers and less flights traveling internationally. It is not unusual for international parcels to be delayed for 1 to 3 months. We thank you for your kind understanding during these unusual times and encourage you to check with your local postal branch with your tracking number for updates and to see if your package needs to be signed for or if it requires payment of a small customs fee to be released.

All orders are processed and shipped from our Santa Cruz studio location within 1-3 business weeks (unless otherwise noted in the product description). Transit times are provided by the carrier, and can vary with the destination of your package. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address. Please note that Saturday deliveries are not offered at this time.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that a refund can be sorted with the carrier.
Wildthorne is not responsible for any lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.
Shipping within the United States
We ship with the United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on the weight of the items being ordered, and your shipping address. All orders over $27 in value are shipped insured and with tracking information.
We will send your package tracking number in a shipping confirmation email. Notice that you receive this once your package is prepared for shipment, it can take a few days to be fully processed and picked up by the postal service.
Orders that total more than $500 will require an adult signature for delivery.
We are happy to ship worldwide to select countries. Please message us through the contact page of our shop to place an international order. International shipping rates are calculated at check out, please enter in your shipping destination to do so. Wildthorne is not responsible for any extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country. In addition some international shipments may experience customs delays. At this time we are not able to provide exact delivery times for all destinations, please allow up to 2 to 4 weeks. Unfortunately, we also cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. We can suggest for you to contact your local customs office for any additional information.
Please note that International orders may incur additional fees depending upon your customs office. These fees are your responsibility to pay. Should you reject your package because you do not wish to pay customs fees, you will not be refunded. If your Wildthorne package is returned to us and you change your mind and wish to have us send the package again, you will need to pay the additional shipping fee to do so.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship to the EU due to new VAT restrictions.
