Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from our Santa Cruz studio location within 3-5 business days during the holidays (unless otherwise noted in the product description). Transit times are provided by the carrier, and can vary with the destination of your package. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address. Please note that Saturday deliveries are not offered at this time.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that a refund can be sorted with the carrier.
Wildthorne is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.
1. Order Processing

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
3. International Shipping
- International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.
4. Proof of Delivery
- All shipments include tracking. Signature confirmation is required for high-value items.
- Delivery confirmation from the carrier serves as proof of shipment and receipt.
5. Returns & Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and order details.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, unless otherwise approved.
6. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Claims
- We maintain detailed records of order confirmations, shipping, and delivery.
- Filing a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue may result in denial.
- Any fees associated with chargebacks initiated without proper cause may be passed back to the customer.
Shipping within the United States
Each order from Wildthorne is prepared and packed by hand in the studio. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your piece to be carefully readied for its journey.
Every parcel is wrapped with great care using the studio’s signature packaging, a small ritual of presentation that reflects the quiet, considered nature of the work itself.
Studio dispatch takes place several times each week as orders are completed and prepared for the post.
Two shipping options are available so collectors may choose the service that best suits their needs.
Priority Shipping
USPS Priority Mail
An upgraded service that includes tracking and typically arrives more quickly once dispatched. This option is recommended for time sensitive deliveries or for collectors who would like to follow their parcel’s journey.
Standard Shipping
USPS First Class Mail
A simple and economical delivery option for those who prefer a lower shipping cost. This service travels without tracking once it enters the postal system.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the postal service and may vary depending on destination and seasonal volume. Once an order has been entrusted to the postal service, transit times cannot be guaranteed, though we are always happy to assist if a parcel appears delayed.

Shipping Internationally
We are happy to ship worldwide to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, please enter your shipping destination to do so. Wildthorne is not responsible for any extra VAT taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country. In addition, some international shipments may experience customs delays. At this time we are not able to provide exact delivery times for all destinations, please allow up to 2 to 4 weeks. Unfortunately, we also cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. We can suggest that you contact your local customs office for any additional information.
VAT Taxes/Custom Fees
If you decide to place an order to Canada the UK or EU please know that you may be charged a VAT tax on your order when it reaches customs. We will not be collecting VAT taxes and will not be responsible for them. Any taxes/fees/charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee. If you do not pay the tax, your order will be returned to us, and will not be eligible for a refund.
If your Wildthorne package is returned to us and you wish to have us send your parcel again, you will need to pay the additional shipping fee to do so.
