Shipping & Handling

Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared and hand-inspected in Santa Cruz

  • Please allow 5–10 business days (up to 10–14 during busy periods)

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipped via USPS with tracking

  • Orders over $27 are insured; $500+ require adult signature

  • Responsibility transfers upon delivery

International Shipping

  • Available to select countries

  • VAT, duties, and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility

Damaged Shipments

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photographs to resolve any damage

Production & Artisan Craft

  • All watercolors are handmade in small batches using mineral pigments and traditional methods

  • Subtle variations are a natural and celebrated result of this process

  • Metallic or gemstone paints may feel soft in the pan, reflecting raw mineral composition

  • Pre-orders may require 7–15 business days for curing and production

Care, Materials & Usage

  • Mineral pigments may granulate beautifully; gentle water buildup is recommended

  • Wax paper may adhere in warm conditions; chilling for 1 hour resolves this

  • Artist-grade, lightfast pigments; environmental conditions may affect longevity

  • Vegetarian formula; contains natural honey, not vegan

  • Intended for artists ages 12+; not for cosmetic use

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to handmade nature, all sales are final

  • Damaged items: we assist with finding an appropriate resolution
