Shipping & Handling

Orders are prepared in our Santa Cruz studio. Every item is inspected by hand before shipment.

Processing Time:
Please allow 5–10 business days for order preparation.
During high-volume seasons, processing may extend to 10–14 business days.

Domestic Shipping:

• USPS with tracking
• Orders over $27 are insured
• Orders $500+ require an adult signature
• Once marked “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer

International Shipping:

• Available to select countries
• VAT, duties, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility

Damaged shipments:
Contact us within 48 hours with photos for assistance.

Production & Artisan Craft

Our watercolors are handmade using mineral pigments and traditional small-batch methods. Some metallic or gemstone paints may feel naturally soft in the pan.

Pre-orders may require 7–15 business days depending on curing times.

Care, Materials & Usage

• Mineral pigments may granulate beautifully and require gentle water buildup.
• If wax paper sticks in warm weather, chill the palette for one hour before removing.
• Our paints are artist-grade; actual lightfastness varies by environment.
• Vegetarian but not vegan (natural honey binder).
• Intended for artists ages 12+. Not for cosmetic use.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged, we will assist in finding a resolution.

Bespoke & Commissions

We offer a limited number of bespoke palettes and custom works each month. Contact us to inquire about availability.
