Explorations are small-format watercolor pans, offered as a way to spend time with color before it is gathered into a larger palette.

Each is hand-poured in the studio using traditional watercolor methods and allowed to settle naturally. Reduced in size but not in substance, these pieces are made for testing, quiet study, and close observation of a single hue.

This format supports a slower relationship with color, one built through use rather than selection.
