Let’s go outside in nature
take a deep long breath of fresh air.
and feel the wind on your face.
If this isn’t possible for you to go
outdoors, perhaps disconnect
from social media and all devices
for a little while.
You can still gaze at the sky
from your windows, note cloud
shapes, birds and trees and
if you feel inspired journal
Rarely are we allowed the time to
just be, to sit and observe in stillness.
Feel free to paint or draw and
express your emotions.
Be gentle with yourself, you are doing the best that you can.
