artist notes: The veined and clawed hand of the forest hag, Baba Yaga. The Yaga lives in a hut on chicken legs and travels the woodlands in her mortar, propelling herself with the pestle. i created this amulet as a reminder of the crone, the wise one who dwells not only in wilderness but within us.

Designer Profile:

Naomi Nowak is a Swedish-based artist of Eastern European descent, whose work spans painting, clothing, and jewelry. Her designs reflect a deep dialogue with heritage, sustainability, and transformation. Naomi’s pieces emerge intuitively, blending meticulous detail with a sense of the surreal, informed by meditation, prayer, and a reverence for creative flow.
