A trio of three seashell watercolors that shine with a pearlescent glow. Inspired by mother-of-pearl nacre these soft hues are hand-poured in creamy seashells. Eco-friendly and sustainable, this set is a treasure trove of gently glimmering hues.
Our three Seashell shimmers are:
Sea Nettle - a tangerine with golden shimmer
Siren’s Call - a cornflower blue with silvery shimmer
Comb Jelly - a milky lilac pink with silver reflect.
I have been collecting seashells in between storm tides, while gently casting my eyes into the scrying mirrors of the tide pools. Wishing to share these treasures of the sea with you led to a new offering in our eco-friendly collection.
This listing is for a set of three Seashell shimmers. Please note that each seashell is organic and so sizes and shapes will vary. Each seashell is roughly 1 to 1.5 inches in width.
Our watercolor paint has a rich creamy consistency and natural granulation that can be layered from thick to thin. Each seashell is hand-poured to exacting traditional recipes and techniques in our studio using the highest quality pigments, and natural watercolor binding medium made from distilled water, honey, glycerine, and the sap of acacia trees.
