Created with artist and nature educator Richele Baburina of Ricochet Rabbit Studio, this collection is an invitation to slow down, observe closely, and paint what is often overlooked—the curve of a stem, the faded edge of a petal, the shimmer of an insect's wing.

Richele's work has long centered on the practice of nature journaling, where watercolor becomes a way of paying attention as much as a way of making art. Her thoughtful approach to color, shaped by seasons spent sketching outdoors, felt like a natural conversation with the pigments we create at Wildthorne. Together, we've assembled a palette that reflects both utility and wonder—a collection designed for artists who find joy in careful observation and the changing rhythms of the seasons.

Created as a companion to her Nature Journaling Together series, The Naturalist's Palette is equally at home tucked into a backpack for a morning walk or resting beside an open journal on the kitchen table.
