Return Policies

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Return Procedure

All returns must be approved by Wildthorne. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at wildthornerose@gmail.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number to be included in your return package.  For jewelry and all other items, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured, and sent in a secure and padded package or envelope.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wildthorne P.O. Box 193 Aptos, CA 95001.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please choose carefully before placing your order. Due to the handmade nature of our products we do no offer any refunds for orders once they are placed. We thank you for your kind support.
