Welcome to Wildthorne, below is a guideline for you to make an informed purchase from my shop.



I am currently not accepting custom orders as my creative process is deeply intuitive and does not flow in this way.  I hope you find your perfect match in my current or future works. Thank you for your kind understanding. 


Please note that I craft my jewels using ethically sourced materials as often as I can. All items are hand made by me (this is a one woman show), that means that each item listed (every jewel) was crafted by my hands, and scratch built from beginning to end. Please visit my “Creation and Process” page for more information. If you are new to my work please note that I deliberately seek out and incorporate elements that are raw, textural and organic, this includes variations in colors in crystals and stones as well as inclusions. What others view as imperfect flaws and blemishes in materials I see only as variations that contain a special otherness, as crystals, shells and stones come from the earth, and are not factory made.



Established clients who have worked with me in trust and goodwill may request that one item be placed on reserve for them for up to two weeks. Purchase and payment are expected by then, but the purchase may be made at any time during the two-week time period.  I am strict on this time as I rely on my work as a sole income, and have to protect both my needs regarding that and the availability of my jewelry to my other clients. I must also let you know if you ask for a reserve listing, and then do not purchase the first half within a 3 day period I will have to deny you future reserves. Again I realize this is strict, it is for my protection as an artist in demand.



Paypal is the only method of payment I currently accept as it is safe, secure, and works with almost all credit cards. Payment is due immediately upon checkout. If you cannot use Paypal please contact me via email at: if you have any questions, and do not hesitate to get in touch.



All jewelry will be beautifully wrapped and securely packaged. Please see the sample gift wrap listing in my store for more details. Parcels go out every 4-7 business days for ready made jewels, all made to order items are available to ship in 2-4 weeks. If your order is taking longer than I will contact you via email. Nearly all of the packaging material I use is either 100% recycled or partly recycled. Please be sure that your Paypal shipping address is up to date, and that it is confirmed through Paypal. I am not responsible for any mis-shipments due to unconfirmed addresses. I am also not responsible if you don’t receive an item because your address is incorrect. If a package gets lost in the mail (which rarely happens) please contact me and I will work with you on an individual case basis. I try to recycle shipping materials and packaging whenever possible.



All shipping for finished jewelry is PRIORITY flat rate in the United States. I prefer this method as it is more secure and includes tracking, and a minimal amount of insurance. If you would like to upgrade your shipping service to include insurance or for overnight services please contact me at:  The cost of gift wrapping and packaging materials is complimentary from me. 



Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to receive your parcel due to customs. I am not responsible for any items that are lost and damaged when insurance has not been purchased. Please note that I ship out all items USPS First class, but this service does not included tracking or insurance. If you would like insurance and tracking on your parcel only the Express shipping option includes both services. Please contact me for rates on Express shipping.  Insurance is highly recommended, and I am not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs through the mail when insurance is not selected.  I cannot falsify shipping documents on my packages for declared value, it is against the law for me to do so and carries a heavy fine and penalties. Also you may want to check with your local postal service on the specific rate of customs charges and taxes that may be assessed, as each country has its own set of policies in regards to packages arriving from the United States.

I apologize but due to the customs policies of these countries I cannot ship any parcels to: South Africa, Ghana, or Nigeria as there is no safe or secure way to send packages to these countries. Many thanks for your kind understanding. 



I want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact me with any questions beforehand. I do not issue any refunds and am quite firm on this policy. I also do not accept exchanges. Thank you for your understanding. 

If for some reason your purchase needs to be repaired, please contact me within a week of receiving your item. I care deeply about the quality of my work and should a piece break I will do my best to repair it for you for a small fee, but please be aware that many of the components I use are one of a kind and irreplaceable. If your jewel is accidentally damaged, or should break after a period in time please contact me, and I will work with you on how best to repair it.  



I reserve the right to cancel any transaction or sale at my discretion.
