On Day 26 of our Art journal challenge let’s discover what nourishes our inner being. We are faced with another round of looming power outages, and in preparation my daughter and I decided to purchase some new candles together to illuminate the darkness, and make this experience as positive as we can.
Flowers from our farmers market, scented essential oil candles, warm drinks, and watercolor journaling are all small things that bring comfort, a sense of well-being, and peace in my home environment.
For today explore what nourishes you, and represent this on the page. You can paint, collage, or even just journal and write out the things that help you feel replenished when you are tired or weary.
Due to the possibility of us losing power again for the new few days, I will go ahead and post tomorrow’s challenge as well which is an intuitive exercise where you can freely paint whatever you wish.
